Alas I am offloading the last vestiges of my 4x5 domain. From here on it is 6x9 rollfilm for me, until better times provide for more GAS. This is one of 3 lots containing the last of my large format stuff.
This lot contains:
4x5 FILM
- 1 box of Kodak Ektar 100, 10 sheets, unopened, dated for 10/2016, always refrigerated
- 2 boxes of Ilford FP4 Plus, 25 sheets each, unopened, dated for 12/2014, always refrigerated
- 1 box Ilford FP4 Plus, opened with 11 sheets left, dated for 12/2104, always refrigerated
- 1 box Ilford HP5 Plus, opened with ONE SHEET left, dated for 08/2013, always refrigerated.
4x5 FILM HOLDERS
These are my 6 best - the ones I shot with regularly and which I saved to the last. They are all metal-slide Riteways, clean, light tight, and with good hinges. I reinforced all of the hinges with tape myself when I started shooting them and they are all solid. They are loaded with unexposed film - a bonus! There are 2 holders loaded with FP4 (4 shots) and 4 holders loaded with Ektar 100 (8 shots). These are always stored in light tight thick black plastic bags, inside of larger ziploc bags, to keep out all light and dust. You will be alright with these for a long time.
210mm 5.6 SYMMAR-S LENS
See attached photos. This was my regular shooter which I got for a great deal because it is UGLY in every way except optically and mechanically (in other words, the only ways that count...). Somewhere along it's lifespan it lost it's top aperture scale. It came to me without it so I improvised with paper tape. Works fine in practical shooting especially since the bottom one is still there. And some mouth-breather who owned it before me apparently used duct tape to make a rear lens cap fit more snugly. The residue can be seen on the rear barrel. Again no issue for shooting and I have never bothered to go at it with Goo-Gone and a Q-Tip. Shutter is strong, shoots well, will give you numerous lifetimes of great images. Glass is excellent. Comes with original Schneider lens caps and is mounted on a generic Technica-style board.
Price is FIRM at $165 shipped CONUS. A great deal!
