This is a German reisekamera PLATE camera which has an 18cm x 24cm back. These are very light cameras and were, apparently, used as travelling cameras back in the good old days (even before me...).
It weighs 6 1/2lbs, 9 1/2" wide, 12" tall, 3 1/2" deep folded. Max extension looks like 22" or so. Bellows are good. To switch from portrait to landscape mode, you unlatch the back from the rail and the entire bellows rotates around the front standard. Very weird but kind of cool. Tripod not included, of course.
There is a matching lens board with a hole in it approx 80mm that didn't make the photos but is included. I needed a 3/8 to 1/4 adapter plug to fit it on my tripod and that is included. The front standard is very strong and can take some heavy lenses. I've had up to a 5 pound lens on this.
There is one holder for 18x24cm plates included. One side also has a 'frame' in it to take 13x18cm plates. The dark slide sticks when pulled and the holder would need major attention before you could actually use it.
In my opinion, the best use for this would be to replace the current back and make this a more common size such as whole plate, 5x7 or 4x5. I don't think the rear frame is large enough to take a full 8x10 spring back.
No idea what this might be worth. I'll say $200 shipped in the USA, paypal ok, USPS money orders ok.
If you are interested or have questions, please EMAIL or PM only. I don't see most of the posts here. $ to APUG if sold here.
