Fujica ST-605N, a fine student camera, with match needle metering and M42 lens mount.
Meter works fine and uses two easy to get A76/LR44 alkaline batteries, or silver oxide 357/SR44 if you are so inclined. Battery compartment is clean and cap is included. Hot shoe flash synced at 1/60, PC connector also present. Shutter speeds 1/2 - 1/700 second plus B, this is a mechanical shutter Case is missing the top button on one snap and there are a few rub marks on the back of the camera but nothing serious.
The main fault with this one was some deteriorated mirror bumper foam. Someone scratched the fresnel focus screen trying to clean it. I replaced the bad foam and air-blew the loose junk away, but the damage was done. The screen is still usable but you do notice the scratches across the viewfinder image. It works well, but there are too many cameras around here!
The lens is slow for today’s standards but pretty well regarded. No fungus present and the aperture is snappy. Stops from f2.2 to f16 and takes standard 49mm filters. Will be shipped with a Kalt UV filter and generic lens cap.
