Hi all,

I purchased this camera not too long ago and as perfect (in every way!) as it is I just bought a Leica M6TTL which will replace it in my bag. The camera is in perfect working order, no marks on glass, 8.85/10 cosmetics showing only light wear on the base plate. This is the best camera out there for medium format street photography. There are countless threads within the forum praising the GS645W which you can refer to for more detailed information. Bottom line, it is the only one of the line that was designed PROPERLY! No bad bellows from the factory that need to be replaced before the camera can be used, no horribly designed fragile lens standard that needs a bumper to prevent it from sheering off at the slightest tap. The other models are still optically fantastic but the design flaws can be big problems. In addition to being solidly built, the GS645W also has the widest lens offering from the series. The 40mm lens on 6x4.5 is equivalent to a 28mm on 35mm, an optimal focal length for street photography. The extreme DOF produced by the wide lens on this format makes quick focusing super easy and fast. The camera uses zone focusing because its wide lens and wide DOF do not require a dedicated focusing mechanism like in an SLR or rangefinder. DOF at f11 is 2 meters - Infinity! The optics in this line are some of the best around and make the other more poorly designed models still worth buying. For my street work, this camera could only be replaced by a Leica with 28mm Elmarit-M which I've been putting off for years but finally bit the bullet and bought. You get a MF camera thats barely dimensionally larger then a 35mm camera, lighter then any SLR out there (way lighter then my Nikon F), killer sharp and contrasty 40mm wide lens, added benefit of MF film meaning more information recorded on a bigger negative, and a discrete easy to travel with camera that won't draw attention like many other cameras will. There is NO BETTER CAMERA for MF street photography!

Asking $460 via PayPal, US Money Order or personal check. In case of MO or check, camera will ship after money has cleared. Price INCLUDES shipping anywhere within the continental US via UPS Ground insured with tracking (included shipping is estimated to be around $20). International buyers PM me for shipping.

I would also take a trade for a Voigtlander 15mm Heliar with finder as I'm currently looking for one of these.

Sorry for the finger prints and dust in the pictures.

Happy Holidays!
