Only if you do "recovery" with some bleach: see https://jonhaverstickstudio.com/2018/02/06/recovering-fujifilm-fp100c-negatives-step-step/

The film is only meant to provide a positive, but once the dye transfer side (which usually goes in the trash) is stripped of its opaque backing (that's what the bleach is for) you end up with a pretty decent, if grainy, color negative as well.
