The rail is in good working condition. It fits the Kodak Commercial View/ All-Metal View 8x10 camera, which was modeled after the Kodak 2D camera (but doesn't fit the 2D). I believe it is magnesium in construction. $100 plus shipping. Let me know if any questions.
