Hi - I am selling expired Ilford MGIII RC and MGIV FB B/W photo paper. Selling the below as one lot for $90, UPS shipping will be extra. I estimate UPS Ground shipping to be about $12-$15, depending on your state, I am in IL. Payment through Paypal (no reason to send payment as gift, I will cover the fee), sale for CONUS only.
1) Ilford Multigrade IV Glossy Fiber Based, Double Weight. MGF.1K, 8X10. There are 119 of 250 sheets left. I believe this was manufactured sometime around late 2001. The price tag on it says IL 33135: 2-12-01. Which I believe is a Calumet tag that means the store location Illinois store number 33135 and the date is the date they priced it 2-12-01, which would mean that it was manufactured and subsequently acquired around that date.
2) Ilford Multigrade III Matte RC, Medium Weight 180. MGR.5M, 8X10. There are 226 of 250 sheets left. Multigrade III was produced between 1990 and 1994.
3) Ilford Multigrade III Glossy RC, Medium Weight 180. MGR.1M, 8X10. There are 93 of 250 sheets left. Multigrade III was produced between 1990 and 1994.
I made a print from each box of paper using the top sheet of paper, that way I used the worst paper of the lot to test with instead of grabbing one from the middle or bottom. You can see below that each is usable, but there are varying degrees of fog and contrast due to its age and depending on the type of paper. The most affected is the MGIII Glossy, as seen below. I have a reference print for you all to see too so that you can compare a normal print from fresh MGIV FB Matte as compared to the paper for sale. The reference print is always the bottom one of each picture. I bet if you added some benzotriazole to your paper developer, it might print even better (less fog and better contrast); although, I dont have any here so I cant test it. Specs of prints: Liquidol 1:9, negative 645, enlarging lens el-Nikkor 80mm set at f11, MG filter was 4 or 4 1/2.
I arrived at my price by taking the current cost of all these papers new from BH ($454), then prorating what is left ($265) then pricing it at about 1/3 of retail given the age: $90, which breaks down to $0.21 a sheet.
Let me know if you have questions or wish to buy, via a PM. The shipping box, which is 12X12X12, weighs 17 lbs packed. No returns but I have done my best to count (with powderless gloves on) the amount of paper for sale and tested its quality.
I have sold here before and got a nice feedback of my sale if you are not familiar with me:

Thanks,
