Cleaning out the cupboards. For pictures see next couple of posts.

Yashica Electro 35 GSN with eveready case. The filter ring has a dent but it still takes filters with some effort. Still runs on one of those outlawed mercury batteries. The voltage is down to 4.4 V. The camera fires correctly at all speeds and simply works as intended. The case is not collector grade either but functional. Asking 30 euros. SOLD

Yashica Electro 35 CC. Light seals need replacement but the camera is light tight as is. Works fine otherwise also. Not a collector grade sample. Asking 50 euros. SOLD

Yashica Electro 35 GX. Light seals need replacement but the camera is light tight as is. Works fine otherwise also. Not a collector grade sample. Asking 80 euros.

All three of them for 150 euros including paypal and shipping. For separate purchases add paypal (3%) and shipping within the EU (10-20 euros, depending on exact location).

Worldwide shipping is possible, ask me for a quote.

I have perfect seller feedback on ebay as "sanderpander" and a decent posting history on this site.

Mail me: sandermarijn at hotmail dot com.

Thanks, Sander

I'm surprised that the 35 GX is the only one that hasn't sold yet. IMO this is the nicest camera of the bunch for use in real life. It's like a miniature GSN. Maybe I'm asking too much for the condition it's in, who knows?

Yashica 35 GX still available.

There are some ugly spots on this camera, but nothing that interferes with picture taking.

I'm open to offers.

Great to hear that you like it Geoff. Thanks for a great transaction.

When I got the camera myself something like four years ago (from a ex-sailor who took it all over the planet for taking pictures during his short stays on land in various countries, he originally bought the camera while visiting Finland), the battery was pretty low and I figured it would die soon altogether. But it's still working the shutter many (~20-30) films later, so apparently it doesn't draw all that much power. Those mercury bateries are pretty tough anyway. I hope it will last you a long time longer. Bit fussy to go into alternatives.

Have fun with the camera and do its history some good credit. (Not saying that you should start sailing the world, but a small outing now and then might please it.)

Bump for the Yashica 35 GX (the 35 CC & GSN are gone).

Comes with two LR44 batteries to stand in for the banned PX640s- this works perfectly. The battery check function does not work. Else all is as should be.
