My Hasselblad went for a swim last weekend. The body and lens didn't like it very much. Neither body nor lens will longer release. Silly me.
It's probably possible to have this repaired but I don't consider it economical and can't do it myself.
The water was fresh (not salty).
The Hasselblad was fully under for about 1-2 seconds. Little water made it into the chamber where the mirror is, but what entered the gearing etc. behind the shutter release button is what must have killed it, I think.
The Sonnar had a filter on it when it went in. The glass looks clean as it always did (no fogging or condensation). There is very small scratch on the front element that was already there before the swim.
Back, screen (after taking apart) and waist level finder are all still fine, so I will keep those.
Asking 50 euros for the body (plus crank) and 50 euros for the Sonnar. No caps are included.
I'm also selling a 80mm CF in a separate thread. Asking price for that lens is 250 euros. Free shipping and paypal included for a purchase of the whole lot (350 euros for the body, 150mm & 80mm). For separate purchases add 10-20 euros for shipping (depends on exact location).
Worldwide shipping is possible, ask me for a quote.
I have perfect seller feedback on ebay as "sanderpander" and a decent posting history on this site.
