Yep, it's the EL-Nikkor 50/2.8 you've all heard so much about. Better than the 50/4 by miles, the internet told me once. I've used these lenses a lot and somehow ended up with two but only one enlarger...curious. No scuffs, scratches or nasties growing inside but I dont have the customary plastic lens dome that Nikon so thoughtfully sold these with. A quick google will sing it's praises, I dont really need to talk it up - we know it's a good lens. Standard M39 thread, a brilliant lens for your 35mm negatives.
