Hello everyone.
It is with a heavy heart that I am getting rid of this beautiful machine. I bought it a few years ago, and unbeknownst to me, there was no power supply included with it (or negative carriers, or lens). I have a Beseler 45MX and an Omega D2, so this enlarger has been sitting outside my darkroom in storage, unused.
It's in pretty perfect condition, the bellows are beautiful, and all it really needs is a transformer and the fan for the head. I tried in vain to find them, but I failed, however there must be SOMEONE in New York State that needs parts or a backup for an existing Laborator 1000.
Included:
L1000 Chassis with baseboard
Durst/Pavelle 401 Mk. II color head
Lensboard for (42mm?) enlarging lenses.
This thing is pretty large, and quite heavy, so I'm afraid shipping is pretty much out of the question, unless you're willing to pay for it.
At this point, I just want someone to be able to use the machine, so I'd like to get back exactly what I paid for it, which is the princely sum of $30.
That's right, come take it out of my house for $30 and bolster you own darkroom with it.
