I've got a couple of the wonderful Speed Finder accessory prisms for the original F-1 and F-1n (but not the F-1N aka F-1 New). This slides on in place of the normal eye-level prism, and is in my opinion the only way to use the camera. It gives you a HUGE bright upright viewfinder that you can hold slightly away from your eye while still allowing you to see everything in the finder. I guess the original idea was for sports or action photography, but I find it a joy to use no matter what I'm shooting. It also swivels down to allow you to use it like a waist-level finder. I've used it in that position for shots where the camera is on the ground, for shots where the camera is held over my head to be able to see over something (yes, you can still see the scene in the finder in that case!) and so on.

Both of them come with the dust cover which is usually missing. One of them even comes with the original leather felt-lined case. Both are in very nice cosmetic and functional condition. I'd like to get $125 for the one with the case and $100 for the one without, but that includes shipping anywhere in the world.

The one with the case, for $125:

OK, how about a price drop to $100 for the one with case, $75 for the one without. Remember, that includes shipping. That's the entire price you pay, then it shows up at your door, wherever you live.

Yeah, all too often the folks that jump at these deals are the ones with the insane postal, rates... but hey, if I still make some money and it gets into the hands of someone who will actually use it, I'm happy!

OK, how about $50 for the one with the case, and $35 for the one without? Remember, this includes shipping! Come on, this is the best accessory ever made for the original F-1, you know you want one! (I'm now shooting with the F-1N [latest model] and have Speed Finders on all of those. Love me some Speed Finder!)
