Here's a nice clean very functional refoamed Canon F-1 - the very original one with the metal winder handle. It's got a brand new mercury meter battery in it, and two more spare brand new batteries with it. (I bought up all of them I could find back in the day and have kept them refrigerated all these years.) The bottom plate is nearly flawless because I always ran it with a motor, but the rest of the camera has less than the usual amount of brassing too. It has Screen E installed (split image/microprism) and it's the later brighter "L" version too. Solid workhorse mechanical camera, which can take a whole pile of accessories (some of which I am also selling!) The finder does not have the typical "oops dent" on the peak and is in quite nice shape, other than a little wrinkling of the cosmetic trim around the eyepiece.
Somewhere along the line it ended up with the newer style back, with the film box reminder holder. I usually ran these with the film chambers, so the backs were all stored at home and I guess I matched them up the wrong way sometime... but this is my last old F-1, so that's what it comes with now.
I'd like to get $200 for this, but that includes shipping to anywhere in the world.
