Here's an obscure but amazing accessory finder for the original Canon F-1 and F-1n (but not the F-1N aka F-1 New). It's the Booster T Finder, which is an insanely sensitive meter for using the camera in negligible light. It overrides the camera's built-in meter and even includes a shutter timer that precisely measures off some crazy long shutter times. This is fully functional, in cosmetically gorgeous condition, and includes both of the ways to power it. Two of the battery which can be installed internally (one slightly used, the other still in package, always kept refrigerated over the years); and the external AA battery case with connecting cord that plugs onto the case, and then screws in in place of the internal battery. Also comes with the original leather felt-lined case.

I'd like to get $200 for this gem, but that includes shipping anywhere in the world.

wow I just gave two of these away.

I have been looking for one for some time! I have the one for my FTb, and it is a good tool. Now I hear that two were given away, and find one priced above what I would personally pay for one.

So, two for free, and one for $200. That makes the average going rate about $67, right? :D

I'm guessing the free ones didn't include the fairly rare cord and AA case, or any of the unobtanium batteries...though I could be wrong!

Feel free to make an offer if you think I've overpriced it.

I don't know what it is worth; don't take me wrong. What I said is that it is more than I would personally pay for it. Everyone is in a different situation, has different desires, and places different values on things. I agree that it is a nice and complete setup, and I am jealous! :D

I'm not taking you wrong; I'm serious about making me an offer. If I just wanted to jack up some crazy collector for piles of money so they could let this stuff sit on a shelf and be pretty, I'd have listed it on That Auction Site first. Instead, I'm trying to get a fair price (remember, I'm eating shipping and PayPal fees too) from someone around here who is likely to actually put this stuff to its intended use. If I've set it higher than anyone who's going to use it is willing to pay, I'm definitely willing to listen to lower offers. I'll probably wait a few days first to see if anyone else will pay what I'm asking, but then I might just take you up on your proposal.
