I've got a spare Canon 577G flash that's just taking up space. This is the ultimate Canon flash from that era. Piles of power, tilt, swivel, sensor, it's got it all. This one comes with the C-battery pack on the umbilical cord, in addition to the stock G-20 sensor. It's got the camera mount, which the flash handle can quickly detach from... or you can remove the handle mount entirely and just use it handheld or in some other fashion. Available accessories (not included) are a NiCd battery pack, a longer-corded sensor, various slide-on light spreaders and concentrators, etc.

I'd like to get $75, including shipping anywhere in the world.

This flash is amazingly powerful - if you want to do the Indiana Jones face-melting trick I think this just might have enough output to do it! Though of course it can also put out a lot less light if you're using the sensor and all that power is not called for.

OK, paypal sent. I can't wait to FINALLY have another C-battery pack for my other 577G. I had thought I was going to have to venture out to the Metz 60CT family because it is so very rare any of these flashes make their way out from the owners who will not part with these beautiful old flashes.

To give anyone reading this an idea, it has been roughly two years I have been looking for the C-battery pack, with or without the rest of the flash. I may put NiMH sub Cs in a old battery pack I have that died many years ago.....just haven't bothered with it. Now with another C-battery pack, I can put that on the back burner again!!
