Calumet C2 rollfilm holder for 6x7, takes either 120 or 220, works perfectly, has had maybe 3 rolls of film in it. Counter goes to 20 exposures for 220; has a lightweight dark slide. I'll include the original instructions if you want them.

This will work in just about every 4x5 film back, and it offers an added convenience that the Graflok back does not, since you can use the ground glass just as you would with a regular 4x5 holder.
