These lens cells will fit into a Copal No. 3 shutter. The outside lens coatings are in bad shape. Perhaps could be polished? The inner glass is clear and inner glass surfaces are in good shape.

Before you dump them, try some Ultra Brite Advanced Whitening toothpaste on a piece of cotton. Can't hurt. Might be a miracle.
