I have several sets of these available. Natural rubber bulb and 4 ft. of black latex tubing. Thumb hole, or I can block it up. Also longer tubing available.

just to note: the bulbs are fresh from the factory, so have a bit of a rubber smell that goes away over time as the rubber ages.
