AE Rotary Finder G 90° viewing with rotating eye-piece for Bronica GS-1 cameras. Provides average/spot aperture priority
automation and manual coupled metering (for vertical/horizontal low angle photography). This finder allows comfortable viewing in either portrait or landscape orientation. Exposure/metering information is easily visible.

Very good condition and fully functional. Missing the decal denoting AE lock position (purely cosmetic).

Does it have the standard diopter installed?

I believe it does. Haven't swapped it out since purchasing it. I do not require glasses and the view is clear for me.
