For Sale FS Brass Vignettes (?)

I was told long ago that these are brass vignetters (if that is a word) . Set of 9, shipping probably only $5. Paypal fees, if any, to the buyer. If you need 'em, you must know what they are... I assume they are used while printing, but don't really know.

I'm thinking $20 for the lot of them.
