Bought this brand new a couple of years ago, did not really use it much. Comes with the regular 4 pocket insert. Not sure how to ship this economically so local to San Diego only for now. $50.

EDIT: Able to ship it now, it fits compressed into a large flat rate USPS box.

If you ship USPS priority by weight it can fit in a larger box and still go cheaper. You don't need to use a USPS priority box to ship priority.
