For Sale FS-Birns and Sawyer (Tewe) Omnitar 500mm f5 Minolta MD

Hello,

I am probably going to hate myself in a few days for selling this, but I need the money for some LF purchases.

I am selling my precious Birns and Sawyer Omnitar 500mm f5 Telephoto lens. This is I believe a German made Tewe Berlin lens that was marketed by Birns and Sawyer in the US.

Its a massive lens with a unique steering wheel focusing system. Optics looks clean, maybe a few cleaning marks on the coating, but nothing out of the ordinary. Aperture works fine. Comes with lens hood, and lens caps.

Has a Minolta MD mount as shown in the pictures. It mounts without any issues on the XD-11. Ships from Atlanta, GA.

I am asking for $375+paypal+shipping. Shipping is going to be a bit more than usual because of the size and weight of this thing. I am open to offers but I am looking for something in the asking range because I paid a lot more for this guy.
