I just picked up a bunch of old lenses from an estate. I'll only need a few so I'd like to recoup some of my money so I'm making them available here at bargain prices for fellow Apug-ers.
This one is a 36 in (916mm) f8 Type 1 Telephoto Lens made by Eastman Kodak. The lens is pretty big, probably about 6 to 6.5 inches in diameter across the front element. The glass in both front and back look to be in pretty darn good condition. No scratches, no mold, no etching, and not much yellowing (sticking it out in the sun should clear what little there is). Has internal dust but the rear element unscrews so that should be easy to clean. Lens does not have an aperture but that shouldn't matter to anyone who wants to mount this puppy in a barrel or shutter at some point. Once its cleaned up this will be a slick lens!
Great condition aerial optics for the lens tinkerer or someone looking for a BIG lens.
