Although I sold my 23C some years ago, replacing it with a 45, I always held on to this carrier thinking maybe I could use the AN glass if I ever found a 6x9 glass carrier for the 45. Well, I finally tracked down an old-style (real hinges!) 8347, and the glass is not interchangeable. So much for my cunning plan...
The carrier itself could pass for new - it shows no signs of use, the black paint is still new-looking all around, and there are no flaws in the glass. It lives in its original cardboard sleeve, which definitely shows signs of shelf wear. You can still buy these new, B&H will be happy to sell you one for $204.50 plus shipping, plus a 7-14 day wait. Or you can wait forever hoping for one to show up on eBay. Or you can buy this one, and have it next week (assuming you're in the US, international shipping is unpredictable).
It's a little hard to photograph, being matte black and all - you can see what it looks like on the B&H website, just search for 8072 (there are only 4 hits). This one looks the same.
