This is my #2 enlarger that I thought I would use - but I am not that productive, so it's hogging up valuable counter space in my efficiently-small darkroom. Here's what I have;
If you need manuals they are available online - but these are actually very easy to use. I only print using the 500H system - gave up on cold light heads 25 years ago in favor of these.
Available for demonstration and pickup at my home in Fredericksburg, VA (about 50 miles South of Washington, DC).
$750 net to me.
- Clean 45MCRX enlarger, motor runs smoothly. Bellows are in great shape, no patches or tape. Carrier lift opens/closes as it should.
- 4 lens boards, 3 are metal, 1 is wood - 3 are cut for 39mm, the wooden one is larger, don't know the size.
- 50mm f/2.8 EL-Nikkor
- Ilford 500H Multigrade system. 500CPM controller, 500S power supply and foot switch all included. Both green and blue filters in great shape. Everything works as it should, fan cycles on and off properly.
- 4X5 mixing box (the only one really needed for printing of all negative formats) and the drop-in 4X5 diffuser for the 45M enlarger (goes in below the mixing box). Both lamps are complete with clip-on heat shields.
- SpeeedCarrier negative cassette system. I use these on all of my enlargers - they ROCK - much faster than a lift-and-insert type of carriers, much more accurate placement every time. Includes oversized cassettes for 35, 6x6 and 6x7 plus the receiver/carrier which stays in the enlarger.
