Yes, I believe it is. My negatrans for the 23c is a) different shape and b) has ring on bottom instead of the 4 "pins".

It's been a while, but as I recall relatively straightforward. Remove the 6 screws from the top and you'll see how the belt goes around the wheel that you turn with your fingers and then along the track that moves the negative.

So I did open it, but I wasn't sure where he belt goes. does it goes on the wheels that actualyl touch the negatives? If oyu don't know it's fine, I'm sure after some fiddling I'll be able to figure it otu
