Legs have one built in leg angle stop, and if that is released they can be set at any angle and locked. Lower priced current Berlebach tripods have a number of preset angle stops and no provision to lock the leg at in between settings.
Top has a built in metal ball head that allows adjustment of about 30 degrees, and a vertical extension of about 40 cm. This means that you will most likely not need to have an additional head to level your camera.
