The slim polarizer is great when using when working with wide angle lenses to prevent vignetting. I tried a B&W as well as a much more expensive and both were equal. The Nikon was $50 more for memory. In the end I bought the Nikon ONLY because the dealer gave me a great deal if I bought all Nikon vs a mix of manufacturers' filters and in the end the Nikon was within spitting distance of the B&W pricewise.

I have a number of smaller B&W filters for other systems and find them to be excellent. The 62mm will fit the Bronica ETR* series of most of the prime lenses and with the 50, 40 an d30mm lenses do not vignette while a thicker filter can depending on maker.
