Focal length of 5 1/2 inches, 139mm. Possibly covers 4x5 when stopped down, but I doubt it.
Glass is in good shape. Small mark in center of front surface.
Shutter is Acme Synchro No. 3 runs well at all speeds.
Includes mounting flange
