Classic Bausch and Lomb Tessar lens would perhaps make a good portrait lens on 4x5. The shutter works well on T, B but some of the speeds are erratic, ie the 1/2 second setting is fast. Aperture has a blade out of place. I believe this particular lens was on a Speed Graphic camera originally. Glass is in very good condition. No flange.
