Elements have haze and no major scratches as far as I can tell. Tested the image circle with my window and a big sheet of paper and it seems that it might barely have a 10" image circle at infinity. At infinity the distance between the the lens and film plane seems around 9-10".
Length minus hood is 5 and 1/8", diameter is 2 and 1/4".

No flange.
