Argoflex E TLR w/ case. Takes 620 and 120 film. It has a Bakelite body w/ a neat sports finder up top. Nice cosmetics, some paint loss on the back. Quite small and light for a TLR.
There are only two issues. There is an intermittent small light leak on one side of the back. I never investigated the reason, it was easier to just tape it up w/ electrical tape. Takes about 3 minutes. Second, the shutter was hanging up due to a little oil on the blades so I had to clean them. On this camera, that meant taking the bottom lens apart, disassembling the shutter assy, and resetting the top and bottom geared lens so that the focus was in sync. I did get it all lined up, eventually, and focus is spot on, but now the close focus is 6' instead of 3.5'. The little stop inside needs to be repositioned, but since this job was such a total PITA I am not going to go in there again. After the shutter clean, I checked the speeds w/ a shutter tester and they are now within spec, work smoothly and accurately even on 1/10, and give crisp negs.
The 3 element, coated Varex lens is much more capable than you would think. It can takes pics that are for all practical purposes as good as any TLR I've owned. $30 for the camera and case, $40 w/ the strap, slip on filter adapter w/ hood, and series yellow filter. Insured Priority shipping is $13. US sale only please.
