I have an antique 5x7 field camera that I am selling for a good friend. The bellows have several holes that I noticed when light testing in the darkroom. My friend said he threw a dark cloth over the bellows and had no problems. I would probably attempt to do some patching as I think they could withstand it and need it. In any case consider the camera a freebie with the possibility you can fix the holes or just throw a dark cloth over it. There is also quite a bit of bellows extension as well. The camera has front tilt (Forward and Backward) and rise, rear tilt (Forward and Backward) with minimal swings. You will need to insert a screw to lock the front rise, it is missing but that will be easy enough. The camera knobs lock down tight but as with most old cameras it isn't going to be perfect. It is a very light camera on the other hand and would be a great backpacker. Included is an beautiful petzval lens with the original lens shade screwed on. The glass is clean and I see no scratches. I do not see a makers name on it. It is marked with f/stops 8-64 and the blades move smoothly. Also included is an "rare" shutter mounted Berthiot Paris Olor No.4 Series II F/5.7 165mm Lens on an Wollensak Alphax Shutter that sounds reasonably close. The glass is scratch, mold and fungus free (needs a light cleaning). It is mounted on an what looks like an original lens board made for the camera that is not in the greatest of condition and could use some wood putty. The original screw mount is on the board, so if you are handy with wood you could fabricate a new board and install the screw mount. Also included with the camera besides the original back is an modern film holder back in 5x7 size that was made to fit the camera and two 5x7 wooden film holders. Priced to sell at 375.00 plus shipping. Everything sold "AS IS" and has been described flaws and all. Paypal preferred please. PM me directly if interested please or for any questions. Please do not post on the thread as I won't be checking it. Thank you, Mike.
