This 90mm Angulon was part of a kit I purchased to get one particular item, and I don't need it. The outer glass surfaces have no obvious marks and the rear cell is clear. The front cells appears to have the beginnings of balsam failure, the repair of which is above my pay grade, but it should be usable as long as you don't aim it at the sun or other bright light source. Shutter speeds are within 10% on my Calumet tester, tending to the slow side. Includes front cap and retaining ring. Shutter manufacturers used to consider +-30% (1/3 stop) acceptable.
The Linhof Synchro-Compur shutter has the older-style speed progression (1, 1/2, 1/5, 1/10, 1/25, 1/50, 1/100, 1/250 plus B, no T). To hold it open for focusing set it to B and push the tiny button need the shutter speed marking towards to lensboard while firing the shutter. Pull said button away from the lensboard to close.
Asking $100 shipped in the US, or $115 shipped if you want the centered-hole Technika-style board (NSE brand) it's mounted on.
