Two Fidelity plastic holders. I've used them both and they worked fine. One has electrical tape on the dark slide, one has a corner and bottom chip on the dark slide, all masterfully circled courtesy of my incredible Paint.Net skills...

I'm cleaning out stuff and there is no guarantee other than I'll send you the two holders in the photo.

I take USPS money orders or Paypal with all fees to the buyer. $65 shipped in the USA.
