It has no bellows, it has no back. It needs a thorough cleaning.
It doesn't need to be refinished, but if you want to, go for it.

The hardware is brass, not plated as on the later cameras. It does not have a metal base, it's too early for that. The wood is solid except for two pieces between the rails.
I do have an original used DD ground glass for the camera which will come along.
