I bought this lens a few years ago for what seemed at the time to be a Very Important Reason, but I've completely forgotten what it was. I don't need to make internegatives or dupes and I don't do macrophotography with a digital mirrorless camera, so this lovely lens is really surplus to my needs.
Rodenstock's literature says this apochromatic 6-element 4-group lens "is designed for format sizes up to 6x7 cm and scales of 1.2x to 2.5x for projection purposes or 0.8x to 0.4x for taking purposes". The aperture has half-stop clicks from f/4.5 to f/22; the clicks can be disabled with the lever on the lens barrel if you don't like them. I'll be happy to email you a copy of Rodenstock's 4-page PDF for the Apo Rodagon D series.
When I got this it was in new condition, in its protective bubble still covered by the original shrink wrap outer packaging. It has been kept in a temperature and humidity controlled non-smoking environment and can still pass for new other than the fact that I had to destroy the shrink wrap in order to remove the lens for these photos. It is in the original bubble case and includes the original front cap. You won't find one in better condition.
$200 will get this lovely lens to your door in the continental US; PayPal fees and shipping are on me. Please contact me if you're outside the US so we can figure out shipping costs, but keep in mind that international shipping from the US has become rather expensive these last few years, even for small parcels.
