Coating looks good, just needs a light cleaning. The only outstanding issue is with the dented filter ring. If you get it right you can it on most of the way, but the filter would be at a very slight angle. Other than that the focus and aperture rings show some slight brassing.

Great lens. I love the old single coated Nikkor glass.

Agreed--it's a great lens. I used one of these for several years when I was in college and just starting out, and I didn't have any complaints. Now that I've refined some of my skills, I wouldn't hesitate to use one again.

Hi there,
I am interested in buying this lens from you. Could you give me an estimate on postage to Melbourne, Australia. My postcode is 3146.
Thanks very much!

To Australia via the Postal Service, Priority would be $33.60 and First Class would be $14.20.

I'll see if my cousin wants it.

Please do.
I just wrestled with it and the filter I tried goes on pretty okay, although not like as if weren't dented, of course.

Excellent piece of glass, background rendering is very smooth. I have a copy and paid this price for it, they usually sell for a little bit more.

Anyone who has a pre-AI Nikon camera must have one of these in their bag. The model shot in my gallery was shot on one of these.

How many times and how often are you going to "bump" this ad? Christ, buddy! It's the same procedure with practically every ad you post.

A photo of the dented part of the filter ring with filter on. Shows that even though it is dented a bit, it still works.
