This is a Packard shutter, the title above says it all. It's in real nice shape, "Instant" setting works well.
I did go into it to clean it out and it wasn't too bad, just dirty. Also cleaned out the piston assembly. Note well: If you ever need to clean one of these, clean it only, never put lubrication on the piston or in its receptacle. The lube will only gum it up. And there's your free advice for the day....
