Nice vintage lens here. I've used this on my D3 Nikon as well as on an FM2n body. Works great on both.

I believe the AI conversion was a factory, it was this way when I got it.

Glass is pretty good, some minor internal dust, there also seems to be some "spots"(looks like water marks) on one of the rear INSIDE elements.... Works great nonetheless, and any maladies(very minor if any) haven't had any affect on my shots that I can see.

I've made drum scans from film shot with this, and can easily see taking some up to 12x18 or bigger, its a very sharp lens!

Comes w/ non-original F+R caps(see pictures).
