Been sitting around waiting for me to use it. Has some dust on the lens that need to be taken care of, but that's it. Has the front mounting flange, but not the traditional jamming-type flange, so one could still non-optimally front mount it to a board as it is.

$55 + shipping (International okay)

See this regarding the tapped holes in the aperture ring of an APO Nikkor process lens.

(there was a url link here which no longer exists)

Photos of W.A. Brown Mfg. process camera with APO Nikkor and magnified aperture scale. This allows accurately setting the aperture in fine increments

The indicator of the external aperture scale connects to the aperture ring of the process lens with screws. The screws thread into the tapped holes in the aperture ring.

The 305/9 APO Nikkor lens threads into a 72mmφ x 1.0mm flange and the flange mounts to the camera.

Ian speaks the truth. You probably could hang the lens off that aperture ring - sub-optimal and not as intended, as Ian points out.

BTW: I'm in the process (at a glacial pace, of course, of making a proper flange for surfotog, the unsuspecting victim of my ignorance.

Is the world really so poor, that a wonderfully sharp lens like this isn't selling for $55?
