I'm keeping all my plastic fidelity/lisco holders, and selling off the wooden ones.
All have proven to be light-fast for me thus far. However, I don't actively practice leaving my loaded film holders out in the sunshine

Hi Dan -
Is there any quality difference between the plastic v. wooden in terms of the end result? i.e. film flatness/ ease of the slide operation/ durability? or anything else you can think of.
Hi Scott,
Not that I have noticed. Some prefer the wooden holders because they feel lighter, although I feel they are around the same as plastic holders. Again, IMO. I have chosen to stick with plastic holders because they stick out a little further/longer on my 5x7 back on my 5x7 Deardorff.
Some also have mentioned less/zero static issues with wooden holders vs the plastic ones, although I've never had an issue myself with that...
Biggest difference I see is in resale price. Wooden holders generally go for lures $/holder than the plastic ones.
I have (18) wooden holders left currently available for sale.
***I've also reduced the price on all 18 together to $250 shipped in the USA.***
