8-1/2" (215mm) convertible to 14" (350mm). Decent user lens in a #3 Acme Synchro shutter. It looks like a previous owner removed the flash sync innards and cut off (!) the biposts, no trouble for landscape but it would be a tad difficult to use with flash. Some coating marks, a bit of internal haze. The shutter speeds sound appropriate, all speeds including B/T work correctly. Non-original but serviceable front cap, no rear cap or retaining ring. Like I said, a decent user, not a beauty queen. I really don't know how to price this, I've seen them go for anywhere from $50 to $225 on The Dreaded over the years. Let's try $75 to me after shipping/PayPal.
