A fine lens from Rodenstock. Two lenses in one: a 210mm f5.6 and a 400mm f11. Glass is in good condition. I see some small amount of speckles around the edges, but not in the imaging area. There are a few nicks on the outside of the front housing. Copal shutter works great and crisp at all settings. Aperture smooth and includes original caps, retainer.
