I have 3 Canon 48mm Drop in Polarizing filters with the External wheel for adjustment of the Circular Polarizing glass. These are the Canon 48mm Drop in Polarizing filters for the Canon FD and new FD 300mm f2.8 and 500mm f4.5L lenses.

The First of theses filters is with the original Canon Glass. This operates as it should and is in a 9+ condition. It operates and looks very similar to what would be new.
Open to reasonable offers.
Asking price shipped via USPS is $90.
The second of these Drop in Polarizing Filters has the glass replaced by and with the Singh-Ray Lighter Brighter Color Combo glass. This is a filter combining a Polarizing Filter with an Enhansing Filter. This was a special order and may be the only filter of its kind. See this link for information:

Singh-Ray chargers $370 for the glass for this filter plus there was the cost of the donor Canon Polarizing Filter. The unit operates as it should and is in at least a 9 or 9.5 condition and has the new Singh-Ray Color Combo Glass. Disregard the image below with the dark area in the one image, I believe that this is as a result of either a shadow or reflection of my tripod leg. There is no problem with the filter.
Included with the filter will be a Singh-Ray micro fiber cleaning cloth and their Spray Cleaning fluid.
Open to reasonable offers.
Asking price shipped is $240 via USPS.
The Singh-Ray Color Combo version of the Canon 48mm Polarizer has sold and is no longer available.
The third of these filters operates as it should but has definite damage to the filter coatings. I am selling this as is and rate it as a 6. I purchased this with the thoughts of using it as a donar for Singh-Ray to possibly replace the glass with the Gold-N-Blue™ Polarizer glass. I never ordered the replacement.
If purchased you can try to use the filter as it is or consider using it as a Donar filter as I have mentioned.
Open to reasonable offers.
Asking price is $40 via USPS.
Below are photos of the 3 Canon 48mm Circular Polarizer Drop in Filters.
The first 2 photos are those with the Canon Glass.
The second 3 of photos are of the Singh-Ray Color Combo Polarizing Filter. The 2nd image has no issue, I believe the Darkened area is either a reflection or a shadow of my RRS Tripod Leg. There is no issue with the filter.
The last 2 images are of the Damaged filter being sold As is and suggested as a Donor Filter.
