Alas, I never seem to use this lens, as I'm partial to the 355mm G-Claron look. Hate me, if you like.
This is a well cared for 1958 14 inch Kodak Commercial Ektar lens in appropriate Ilex 5 shutter. It comes with a 72mm to 77mm filter adapter for the front, a 77mm lenscap, and a fitted Delrin lenscap for the rear element. The lens and shutter are mounted onto a nice mahogany Deardorff 6x6 lensboard. Also included is the original wooden presentation box.
The lens is in very good condition, as is the shutter. I had the shutter CLA'd about two years ago, along with two other Ilex 5's, and the tech commented that this one was the best of the bunch. The shutter fires on all speeds, but, of course, I won't make any promises on their accuracy.
I'll post an asking price of $600 + shipping, as I'm in no great hurry to sell this lens, and might regret doing so. Interested parties are welcome to make offers.
