Up for sale is my gorgeous, pristine Wide Field Ektar circa 1954. Truly the pinnacle of the Rochester lens makers art. This wonderful lens has a huge image circle of 239mm which will easily cover the 5x7 format with generous movements. You won't be able to get that kind of movement with most other 135's so you 5x7 shooters, don't let this one get away.
The glass and coating are flawless and the shutter is as accurate as any other shutter that is over 50 years old. I have never noticed any problems with exposure with B&W and Color negative film with this lens.
The shutter was CLA'd and the lens was mounted with a flange on a very nice Linhof/Wista lens board all by SK Grimes. Both original lens caps will be included and a Series 7 to 55-67 adapter and 67mm snap on lens cap is also included.
I would like to get $425 net to me on this fine lens. And I am willing to ship world wide on this item but I will be honest on any custom information and all customs duty is the responsibility of the buyer.
I don't believe that you will be able to find a finer example of this wonderful lens and I am very reluctantly selling to help finance my foray into gum Printing.
