I have had this lens for nearly 3 years, but have only used it twice, and so it has to go. This is a pristine condition luminized f4.7 127mm Kodak Ektar lens that has been modified by SK Grimes to fit into a newer copal 1 shutter. The shutter has the apertures engraved onto the top and bottom. Included with the lens is a Bolivian Rosewood lensboard that will fit into a linhof type camera.
The Grimes conversion also includes a modification to allow the front lens to receive 49mm threaded filters. The shutter sounds in time to me, not sluggish, or sticky at all.
the lens is free from cleaning marks, fungus, haze and seperation. It is a wonderful example.
I would like $350 for this lens. I would prefer it stays in the US, and do except paypal or money orders.
