Covers at closer/macro distances on 4x5. It's said to cover infinity at f/32 with soft corners but I have never tried. Shutter speeds sound right, but have never tested them.

Looked like I had this thing sold, but i guess not.

It does come with the retaining ring. Also comes packed with a lens wrap.
