I have found this cute camera but front glass on the lens is missing and there is no focus.
Does any body have it in parts spare and what other lenses can be used as donor for this front glass

A picture or two would really help identify which model camera and lens you have and what parts you seek. Your description is not enough. Also,,, where in teh workd is "Bg"?

Bg is a town in one country that is a founder of Movement of the Independent countries.
Photos of the Kodak Duo 620 probably 1st version.

Firtst glas that is missing comes right under letters. Everything is working except the focus that cant be anywhere found on the mate glass fixed instead of the film tape.

It should look like this. First glass comes stick to the letters on the ring that goes easily out by unscrewing.

Version with Zeiss marked lenses but with the same parameters and "Art Deco" design on the house of Compur.
I have read discussion on another forum about speculations that is Kodak Anastigmat, Xenar and Zeiss in this parametars are the same lenses.

Question- the part at the front, with the lettering on the outer edge, does it move i and rotate? Rotate? From your photos, it looks as if the outer ring that attaches to the lens element is missing, but that the lens itself is all there. This outer ring, if it is installed, will have a focus scale on it.

Note that your lens is '7 cm' Later Duo-620 will have lenses marked '7.5cm' This will make difference in the lens position and might affect the scale. Well, that can be hashed out after you find out what is missing.

I think that there are some language issues here, so be patient as people try to help you!

Sorry for my English, I have almost forget it.
Front element (precisely front ring) of the lenses do not rotate during focusing.
Part that only rotate is outer ring with helicoide and numbers of distance.

Very nice camera. I use a Series II Duo on a regular basis.

Your camera looks complete and you seem to understand how it works. What “front glass” are you seeking? Are you thinking of replacing the lens? And, if so, why?

Please look at the 3rd photo from here and you will see the front glass. Also on the 2nd photo to here you will see that is missing on my camera and the empty space for it, narrow channel.
I have shoot one roll with different distances, aperture and focus has been nowhere to bi found. Same is with the mate glass.

If I am seeing the camera correctly, everything is pretty much there BUT the front glass element. This piece of glass has come out of its mount (the front ring with lettering on the inside rim) and is lost.

Is the focus mechanism moving? Without that moving, I would question if it is worth trying to replace the lens. If it is working-

I seriously doubt that you can find that particular piece of glass and be able to remount it. If the rest of the camera is in good condition, I would look for a replacement lens, full lens assembly.

Be aware that your lens is marked 7cm, not 7.5cm. I had a couple of Zeiss folders similar to your camera. One was marked 7cm and the other 7.5cm. There WAS a difference in the position of the lens board. Sometimes lenses are marked 'roughly' so a 7.5cm lens may actually be 7.8, etc. I would find a Duo 620 with a 7.5cm marked lens and get a measurement from the film plane to the lens board to see if this is an issue with your camera and lens search.

Finding a lens that will mount into a shutter like a Compur is not hard. But finding right focus position, proper shimming and adjustment, etc., can be tricky.

FYI, these cameras are on EBay (US) for not much money. Such as-

My mistake. Sorry. I got confused between the various pictures even though you clearly stated what they were.

Dan’s recommendation might be best and what I’d suggest also… get a Series II. I’ve been looking for a Series I and they seem rather scarce. Sorry that your camera is not complete.

But you might get lucky and find a replacement lens.

Thank you very much!
Yes focus mechanism is moving and I have looking for focus or any change during folding too. It was the same. I have some experience in mounting lenses. Les then half of mm error is enough for all night party. I think that I could mount that missing front glass because it is already on the ring that is possible dismount with simple unscrewing.

Could you be so kind and measure optical power of that front lens if it is handy to you?
It is a magnifying glass that can be dismounted by simple unscrewing.
